Out-of-School Programs

Our out-of-school program is available to students who are part of the Hoover cluster. Kinder to 8th grade students can participate in one week of programming during the Academic Year and one week of Summer Camp during the Summer.

Theme: Invertebrates Are Everywhere!

During the 2025–2026 after-school camp, students will embark on an adventure to explore the fascinating world of invertebrates, or animals without a backbone. They will experience a squid dissection to learn about deep sea adaptations, investigate life along the rocky shores while meeting live invertebrates, and discover how drones are used to study these amazing creatures. Along the way, they will have fun, make new friends, and reflect on their experiences through art and writing!

This program is designed to spark curiosity, encourage hands-on learning, and provide students with unique and memorable experiences.

Monday through Friday from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm and some weeks from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
